Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
・Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
・Non-returnable items include, used, worn, or altered items.
・Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
・Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Defective items can be returned.
・Underwear, lingerie, and other intimate apparel are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
・Returns must be requested in advance and expressly authorized by Tatras. Tatras will cover the return‑shipping costs only when the parcel is sent with UPS
・If the package is handed over to any courier other than UPS, you will be responsible for all delivery charges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note, gift cards are non-returnable.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and then place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.
European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at customercare@tatras-official.com.
